By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), purchasing products from Fangz™, or interacting with any Fangz™ content, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fangz™ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Product Classification & No Medical Advice

Fangz™ mouthguards are sold exclusively as recreational sports accessories.
They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or reduce the risk of injury, disease, or medical conditions.

Nothing on the Site is intended to constitute — or should be interpreted as — medical or dental advice.

Users with questions about dental health, orthodontics, injury prevention, or the suitability of the product should consult a licensed professional.

2. Eligibility to Use the Site

You must be:

  • At least 18 years old, or

  • Accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian

By using the Site, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Proper Use of the Product

You agree that:

  • Fangz™ mouthguards must be fitted, worn, and maintained according to the included instructions.

  • Improper molding, chewing, altering, or misuse may result in reduced product durability or performance.

  • Fangz™ mouthguards are not designed for use with braces or orthodontic appliances.

  • Adult supervision is recommended for minors during fitting.

  • You assume all risks associated with athletic use of the product.

4. No Guarantee of Protection

Sports participation involves inherent risks, including impacts, collisions, and accidental injuries.
Fangz™ makes no express or implied representations that its products will:

  • Prevent dental injuries

  • Reduce impact forces

  • Prevent concussions

  • Provide medical or protective benefits

Use of the product does not eliminate any risk inherent in sports activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, product designs, images, videos, trademarks, trade dress, and software — is the exclusive property of Fangz™ or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt Site operations

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or Company systems

  • Use the Site for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes

8. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Return, refund, and exchange policies are governed by the Fangz™ Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

  • Damages resulting from improper fitting, alteration, or misuse of the product

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the product or Site is to discontinue use.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fangz™ from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of the Site or products

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights
