The whole agreement, in plain English.

Read this with a parent if you're under 18. When you apply and sign, you both agree to all of it.

1. What this is. You're becoming a FANGZ Team Captain. You'll make content featuring FANGZ, share your code, and help grow the community. This is a partnership, not a job. You're independent, not an employee, and you can't make commitments for FANGZ.
2. Your code and pay. Your code gives 20% off, one discount per order. You earn commission on net sales through it, paid quarterly by PayPal or Venmo once you reach $10. Your rate climbs with the tiers above. Cash bonuses hit the milestones above, capped at $375 lifetime. If you're under 18, all payouts go to your parent.
3. No guaranteed income. FANGZ makes no promise of any specific income, sales, feature, photoshoot, partnership, event, or trip. Everything beyond what's listed is offered at FANGZ's discretion.
4. Tell the truth. Give your honest opinion. If a guard doesn't fit or you don't love a color, tell us first before posting. Never post a fake review.
5. Use of your content. You grant FANGZ a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use, edit, display, and re-share any content, name, image, likeness, voice, photo, and video you create featuring FANGZ or tagging @fangzmouthguards, across any FANGZ marketing, ads, packaging, and retail, now and in the future. This continues after you leave. You still own your content, this is permission to use it.
6. Your responsibility. Anything you send is your own original work, and you have permission from anyone else in it.
7. If you're under 18. A parent or guardian reads, agrees to, and signs this with you, and receives all payouts. If you're under 13, your parent holds and runs the social account.
8. How you show up. Represent FANGZ respectfully online and in person. Respect teammates, opponents, coaches, and officials. Keep content brand-safe. Use your code honestly. Disclose your partnership on every promo post.
9. What ends it immediately. FANGZ can end this and shut off your code with no notice for: bullying, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination; profanity or sexual content; drug, alcohol, tobacco, vape, or weapon content; violence or threats; promoting a competing brand while a Captain; sharing or selling your code in unauthorized ways; fake reviews; impersonation or fraud; sharing confidential info; illegal activity; or conduct that damages the brand. If terminated for these, you forfeit unpaid commission and bonuses.
10. Ending it. You or FANGZ can end this anytime with written notice. If you leave, or FANGZ ends it for any reason other than the conduct above, you keep the commission and bonuses you already earned. The content permission survives.
11. Legal basics. Governed by California law, disputes in Orange County, CA. This is the full agreement and replaces earlier promises. FANGZ can update it with written notice.
