FANGZ™ LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By purchasing or using any Fangz™ mouthguard product, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Product Nature

Fangz™ mouthguards are recreational sports accessories. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or reduce the risk of injury.

No Safety or Performance Guarantees

Fangz™ makes no claims that its products:

  • Prevent dental injuries

  • Reduce impact forces

  • Prevent concussions

  • Provide any medical or protective benefit

You understand that no mouthguard or sports accessory can eliminate the inherent risks of athletic participation.

Assumption of Risk

By using Fangz™ products, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with sports activities, including but not limited to:

  • Impacts

  • Collisions

  • Falls

  • Accidental injuries

Proper Use Required

You agree to follow all fitting, use, and care instructions provided by Fangz™.
Improper molding, alteration, chewing, or misuse may lead to:

  • Discomfort

  • Reduced durability

  • Product failure

Braces Warning

You acknowledge that Fangz™ mouthguards are not intended for use with braces or other orthodontic appliances.
Using the product with braces may cause:

  • Improper fit

  • Damage

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fangz™, its owners, employees, manufacturers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to:

  • Use or misuse of the product

  • Accidents occurring during athletic participation

  • Improper fitting or maintenance

Parental/Guardian Acknowledgment (For Minors)

If purchasing for or supervising a minor, you acknowledge that you have:

  • Reviewed this waiver

  • Understood the risks

  • Accepted full responsibility for ensuring the product is properly fitted and used

Agreement

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk in its entirety.
